02/04/10: Referral Program, How it works and the Rules |
How it works: The referral program is meant to reward our clients for spreading the word about RS Computer Solutions. Refer someone to RS Computer Solutions who has not used our computer repair services before and get a $10 credit on your account when they have their computer repaired by us. The person that you refer also receives a $10 credit! The $10 credit can be used anytime that you want. You can use the credits the next time you get your computer repaired with us, or you can save them and let them build up, or you can even use the credits towards an existing balance! There is no limit to how many credits you can receive! If you refer 10 people who have their computers repaired with us, you will receive $100 in credits ($10 credit x 10 referrals)! And your friends will love you for referring them because they get a $10 credit which they can use on their first computer repair! The Rules: To get credit for the person that you refer you must have them print out and complete the referral program form. The person you are referring must put your first name, last name and phone number that are on record with us at RS Computer solutions so that you will receive credit. They must provide the completed referral program sheet when they sign the work order for having their computer repaired or they will be added to the database as an existing client and you will not be able to receive the $10 credit for referring them and they will also not be able to receive their $10 credit. Once they are entered into the database no exceptions can be made for the referral program. You can not refer the same person more than once. Two people cannot refer the same person. The person that you are referring must be a new client to RS Computer Solutions, meaning that they have never had any computer repairs done by us before. Anyone caught trying to scam, miss-use or abuse this program will be banned from RS Computer Solutions and all credits received will be revoked. Any credits that were obtained illegally and redeemed will become an outstanding balance required to be paid in full immediately by the offender. Legal action will be taken if the balance is not paid in full. By completing the referral sheet, or allowing someone to put your name as the referrer on the referral sheet you agree to the rules and conditions of the Referral Program as explained in detail here. Directions: Follow the link below to the Referral Program Form, click "File" and then "Print" on your web browser. After the form is printed complete the form with the required information and present it when signing the "Work Order" when your computer is being picked up for repairs. |
