We take your computer and diagnose the issue. Once the issue is discovered we will contact you to discuss the cost to repair the computer. No repairs will be performed until you, the client, has approved the costs. Diagnostics are *FREE* when you have your computers repaired with us.

Password Removal/Reset $25

Description:

The process of reseting or removing old forgotten or corrupted windows and bios passwords.

How It Works:

Sometimes we can forget our passwords, or things can happen in Windows that can cause them to become corrupted or unusable. We will reset or remove the passwords and recover your user account. We will also give you the instructions to create a new password.

Databackup is the process of backing up your personal data. Data Recovery is the process of recovering lost data.

How It Works:

Remove un-wanted programs from windows startup that run in the back ground which improves boot up times and frees up ram. Setting up and configuring a new or used computer system.

How It Works:

We setup and configure your computer system and pheriphals. We attach all pheriphals such as monitors, printers, speakers, keyboard, mouse and external hard drives and install necessary drivers for them to function. This includes setting up an internet connection.
